It is a special mission, that forms the content and purpose of your work, demands deep proficient knowledge, personal courage, total self-devotion and service to your Motherland and people. The biggest achievement of your service are obvious, first of all it is peaceful sky and public order. I am sure your activity will still be based on the continuance of the best traditions and enriching your knowledge, legitimacy and unimpeachable reputation of each official. I am convinced that self-sacrificing work and powerful potential of the security service officers will secure protection of the interests of Ukraine and improvement of its international authority.
